Scenario 1:

A found of $50,000, with Buy-Long strategy, you are willing to risk 1% of the fund in trade. You want to buy a stock at $50.00/share and get out the position if the stock drops to $49.50/share.

Position Sizing:

  • Enter 50000 for Fund
  • Enter 1 for Invest in Trade
  • Enter 50.00 for Entry Price
  • Enter 49.50 for Exit Price
  • Tap or click Position Sizing button to process.

Review Results:

It is recommended to buy 1000 shares at the entry price of $50.00/share. The total cost is 50000.

You could face a risk of losing $0.50/share or $500.00 at the stop price $49.50/share for this trade.


Scenario 2:
